Our outdoor activity proposal is designed precisely for this: to offer unique experiences that allow you to discover secret corners, off-the-beaten-path routes, and captivating stories that shape everyday Florentine life. Through walks in nature, excursions in the surrounding areas, and visits to lesser-known places, participants will have the opportunity to connect with nature and local culture, enjoying moments of tranquility and wonder far from the tourist bustle.

PACKRAFTING PONTE VECCHIO

The packraft is a super-fun single-seat mini inflatable boat, easier and safer than a kayak. The excursion follows the Arno, crossing the city and passing beneath the three main historic bridges in the center of Florence.

The river is very calm and gentle, making it ideal for those who want to take photos and admire the stunning Florentine architecture from a unique perspective. Along the way, we’ll see some of the city’s most important landmarks, such as the Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Firenze, the Galleria degli Uffizi, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Ponte Santa Trinita with its sculptures by Bartolomeo Ammannati, and much more!

Paddling in your mini inflatable boat, this guided experience will take you beneath the picturesque arches of the Ponte Vecchio, where you can admire the famous Corridoio Vasariano and the traditional goldsmith shops from a completely unique point of view.

TREKKING IN LE CURE

Starting from the Cure district, reaching the village of Fiesole is a true dive into the history of Florence.

There are several routes to get to Fiesole, but the most scenic is undoubtedly Via Fiesolana, which allows you to enjoy the beauty of the Florentine surroundings and the perfect symbiosis between countryside and city—among medieval noble residences, villas from later periods, and ancient farmhouses.

FIESOLE E-BIKE TOUR

Half-day tour starting from the wonderful Florentine district of Le Cure, cycling along the Mugnone Valley to discover Fiesole—an ancient Etruscan city—and its surrounding villages along the old Roman route.

A scenic trail through the hills, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. You’ll ride along the historic road once used by merchants and farmers to reach Florence.

Optional lunch at a local restaurant or wine tasting along the way, or upon return in one of the district’s characteristic cafés or restaurants, all gathered around its vibrant heart: Piazza delle Cure.

Visit Florence for The Florence Paddle Games. An intense three days of paddling, packed full of races and SUP activities. The city become the capital of the SUP for three days, welcoming the best athletes in the world and hundreds of enthusiasts

SURF 4 ALL PROJECT

Surf 4 ALL is a project to promote Adaptive Surf and SUP, a school for everyone, with qualified staff and innovative equipment adaptable to different types of disabilities. The SURF 4 ALL school is located at the Bagno degli Americani in Tirrenia, 15 minutes from Pisa. The SURF 4 ALL athletes Lorenzo Bini, Massimiliano Mattei, Chantal Pistelli, Matteo Salandri and the coach Tommaso Pucci are permanently part of the ITALY ADAPTIVE SURFING team which since 2016 participates in the World Championships in La Jolla, San Diego, California. https://youtu.be/Qz-JhugXK0o
